It has a 10″ diameter and a 4″ height. The pan says: 10 cups / 2.4 liters on it. It has a medium-weight. In the center, there is a tube, which allows for thorough heat distribution. The cakes slide out very easily when cooked in this pan and they look very beautiful and unique.
