eye hope feels very light and creamy when applied. It has the very faintest scent of vanilla but it is barely noticeable. Even when applied liberally, it absorbs well and dries with a matte finish.
eye hope reduces puffiness and make the area under the eye look brighter. It also contains several type of firming agents.
