It will be love at first sight when you see the Samsung 46″ Luxia LED 6000 TV. This television has a beautiful and clear picture. It has a 120 HZ scan rate, double what used to be available in LCD TV’s, which reduces motion blur in fast moving action scenes so the picture always stays clear.
This TV is incredibly thin and measures in at only 1.1″ thick. It’s also very light and weighs only about 40 pounds. It’s an energy star rated appliance and uses 40% less electricity than other TV’s this size. Samsung Luxia TV’s use Samsung LED edge lighting technology which back lights the set for a beautiful clear picture and gives you the blackest blacks you will ever see on a TV. A cool feature this TV has is an Ethernet port which allows you to view information on the Internet such as weather, stocks and news without a computer.

If you need to scan a lot of images and are frustrated with scanners you’ve used in the past, then the 8800F is for you.
This is a flatbed scanner that handles documents up to 8.5 x 11 or A4 size (international). As is becoming increasingly common the manual is only available on-line, but you are provided with a short “Quick Start Guide.” This one actually has enough information to get the scanner running with no problems. Connection to the computer is via USB port (cable provided). There is a 2-piece power cord which will allow about 8 feet of distance to an outlet. The USB cord is only 4 feet long.
There are three film guides provided. These allow you to scan, in addition to documents, 35 mm slides, negative strips, and large format (old 120 size) film negatives. To use these you snap out a backing piece on the scanner lid, and snap one of the guides onto the flatbed.
This scanner comes bundled with software and features that make it very easy to use. It has customizable settings that can be saved as custom scan settings. The 8800F scanner has many great capabilities.

This is basically an updated 360 with wireless connectivity for BD Live functions. Sony finally got it right by building wireless connectivity into the player itself. Previously, you needed to have a PS3 or buy a wireless add-on to have this feature. The 560 loads quickly and has most of the standard features you would expect from Sony.
Setup was very fast and simple including the wireless feature. You just needed to search for your network and then manually input your password–that was it!

Right before we left for vacation – I’m talking the DAY before, CJ went out and bought me the Nikon COOLPIX S60 and I have been in heaven ever since.
I LOVE THIS CAMERA
The pictures it takes come not nice. The touch screen makes it fun to use. If you’re looking a photo on the screen and turn the camera sideways, the photo moves too! The stylus allows you to write on the photos, so you an add fun captions and thought bubbles.
My favorite aspect? You can take panoramic view pictures!!! How? Just take separate photos, upload the photos to your computer and the camera’s software pieces the photos together to make one complete picture!
CJ and I thought we’d see a lot of discrepancies with this but we didn’t. See for your self! He took 3 shots of the view from our balcony at the Polynesian Resort – where we stayed while in Disney. Here they are:

LOOK:

Awesome, huh? I am so glad I have this camera!
