I know that fried food is not really healthy, but everyone once in a while I love the taste of some homemade fried chicken. My only problem is that I also like fried mushrooms, and you can usually only fry one food or the other. Well, this fryer has two baskets, so you can do chicken in one and a side of your choice in the other.

Since it is built for high production you have to let it warm up for a bit to get maximum potential of the toaster but there is a preheat option. A big plus about the Dualit is how quiet it is – no loud hum or beeps.

This is nice – it makes animal shaped waffles – chicken, pig, cow and barn. It operates on 1200 watts and has seven settings for waffles that are light to dark in color. A tone alerts you when your waffles are ready.
It has a nonstick coating so there’s no sticking – your waffles come right out, well, sort of. You have to use a non stick spray on it before the first use of the day.

My mother in law got us The Showtime Standard Rotisserie BBQ Oven and I must admit, at first I wasn’t all that excited about it. You see, our kitchen is small and we have limited counter space as it is. Not only that, even m husband scoffed at it and wondered when we’d ever use it.
Then one day, the day after we got it actually, he went to the grocery store and bought a small ham. Once he got home we immediately started reorganizing our kitchen.
We made the ham and some sauerkraut in it. I do love this thing! Everything tastes tender and juicy and the fat drips right off so it’s definitely healthier to cook with this. The top compartment is for steaming vegetables and it works perfectly!
