Our Uniden Cordless Telephone and Answering Machine is an outstanding cordless phone system that we got for an excellent price.
When we moved into our new house, our old cordless phone did not have the range to cover the main floor of our house let alone the upstairs and the basement. The sound quality was absolutely horrible and we lost calls often. We started looking around for a new set of phones at an affordable price.
This is a cordless telephone and answering machine system. The sound quality of the phone is amazing and extremely clear. I can walk all over my house and into the yard with no dropout or static. The phone system comes with several ring tones that you can choose from but we have left it on the preset one that came with it. It is pleasant and not shrill like our old phone was.
The answering machine on the phone is digital and can hold messages up to 4 minutes long. You can retrieve message from the base unit or any of the handsets. A red light on the handsets blinks to let you know you have a message waiting.
This Uniden phone is by far the best cordless phone system we have ever owned.
