Set It and Forget It!

My mother in law got us The Showtime Standard Rotisserie BBQ Oven and I must admit, at first I wasn’t all that excited about it. You see, our kitchen is small and we have limited counter space as it is. Not only that, even m husband scoffed at it and wondered when we’d ever use it.
Then one day, the day after we got it actually, he went to the grocery store and bought a small ham. Once he got home we immediately started reorganizing our kitchen.
We made the ham and some sauerkraut in it. I do love this thing! Everything tastes tender and juicy and the fat drips right off so it’s definitely healthier to cook with this. The top compartment is for steaming vegetables and it works perfectly!
